Birlik Organize Sanayi Bölgesi
İstanbul İli, Tuzla İlçesi, Aydınlı mevkii, TEM Otoyolu kuzeyinde Birlik Organize Sanayi Bölgesi yer almaktadır. Bilim Sanayi ve Teknoloji Bakanlığı tarafından 16.10.2000 tarih ve 13 sicil numarası ile tüzel kişilik kazanmıştır. Merkezi bir konuma sahip olan Birlik Organize Sanayi Bölgesinin etrafı sanayi bölgeleri ve tesisleri ile çevrilidir. Batı yönünde Kimya Sanayicileri OSB ve İstanbul Anadolu Yakası OSB, kuzey ve kuzeydoğu yönünde İstanbul Tuzla OSB, doğu yönünde Honda, Isuzu, Migros Merkez Deposu, güneydoğu yönünde BİLMO Küçük Sanayi Sitesi, güneyde ise İstanbul Serbest Bölgesi ve İstanbul Deri OSB yer almaktadır.
Birlik Organize Sanayi Bölgesinin alanı (yüzölçümü) 511.750 m2 ve 84 sanayi parselinden oluşmaktadır.
Birlik OSB’nin tüm altyapısı tamamlanmış, yolları asfaltlanmış, cadde ve sokakları aydınlatılmış ve caddeleri ağaçlandırılmış örnek bir Organize Sanayi Bölgesi niteliğindedir.
OSB’mizde 7 adet banka şubesi bulunmaktadır. İlave olarak PTT şubemizde posta ve kargo hizmetlerinin yanı sıra her türlü bankacılık işlemi yapılmaktadır.
İBB İtfaiye Daire Başkanlığı tarafından işletilen bir İtfaiye İstasyonu, İl Sağlık müdürlüğü tarafından işletilen 112 Acil Yardım İstasyonu ve özel bir firma tarafından işletilen Ortak Sağlık Güvenlik Birimimiz bulunmaktadır.
1 adet restaurant (Akademi Gurme), 2 adet kafeterya (Caribou Coffee ve Reyhanca Lezzetler), 1 adet market (Migros), 4 adet elektrikli araç şarj istasyonu (Eşarj) ve 1 adet oto yıkama istasyonu (Çınar Car Wash) bölgemiz çalışanlarının günlük ihtiyaçlarını karşılamak üzere faaliyetlerini sürdürmektedir.
Bölgemize ait 900 kişi kapasiteli Ahmet Selim Telli Cami, 90 kişi kapasiteli Konferans Salonumuz ve 60 ton kapasiteli kantarımız Katılımcılarımız ve çalışanlarına hizmet etmektedir.

1955 - From Birth to a Period of Growth
Nippon Gakki Hamana Factory established in Hamakita-cho (present Hamamatsu city), Hamana-gun, Shizuoka Pref and production of our first product, the 125cc Yamaha motorcycle “YA-1” begins.
1970 - Creation of Demand and New Business
Yamaha Motor Canada Limited (YMCA) founded in Canada. Signed joint venture agreement with Brunswick Co. (U.S.) and Brunswick invests in Sanshin Industries.
2000 - Opening up Limitless Worlds of Potential
Yamaha builds temporary pool “Suimu 21” for the main competition pool of the 9th World Swimming Championships in Fukuoka, Japan Yamaha succeeds in the high-concentration mass culturing.
2010 - Moving further with global operations and monozukuri reforms
Medium-term management plan with central pillars of structural reform and growth strategies announced. Start of increased manufactuaring of Japanese boats to assist Great East Japan Earthquake recovery efforts.
